Obituary

Wayne "Woody" Woodward, of Hamden, died Feb. 21, 2012 after a long illness. He was the son of the late Harry and Margie Frosolone Woodward. Woody was the creator of E-Z Vu Light Show. He worked at Pathmark & Arden House. He was an avid boater, spending many happy days at Rascati's Marina and Oyster Point Marina E, "Party" dock. In Woody's full and happy life, he loved many things, but none more than his one and only Tina Visconti of New Haven and his dogs, Trixie and Lulu. He is also survived by a brother, William Woodward, a sister MaryEllen (Lenny) Herpok, both of Hamden and was the uncle of Michael Herpok, Travis (Iwona) Woodward, Kevin Woodward and LisaAnn (Thomas) Schmidt. Nephew of Jean Garrison and many loving and true friends. As Woody boats out to higher seas, we may lose sight of him, but will never lose touch with his beautiful heart. He was loved and will be missed. Services will be held Friday evening at 7 P.M. in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Memorial Mass will be at a later date. Interment private. Friends may call Friday from 4 to 8 P.M.
