Vincent Marzullo, 89, of 75 Washington Ave., Hamden, husband of Eleanor Pantalone Lupi Marzullo, died Nov. 30, 2010. Vinnie was born in New Haven, Aug. 14, 1921, the son of the late Giuseppe and Agata Mercugliano Marzullo and was co-owner of Insurance Market Service Inc. for 20 years, prior to his retirement. He was a Merchant Marine during WWII, an active member of the Hamden Republican Party and a long standing member of Amity Club of New Haven. Beside his wife, he is survived by daughters, Regina Marzullo of Greenfield, NH, Donna Coburn of Sarasota,FL, and Sally Snyder and her husband Vern Wilshire of Hamden, step children, Elissa Lupi and her husband John Scalzo and Karen Lupi, all of Hamden, Randy Lupi and Kim Lupi, both of West Haven, father in law of Judi Marzullo of North Branford, 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a son, Vincent "V J " Marzullo and siblings Chiara Pagliaro, Emilia Esposito, Carmela, Frank, Louis, Anthony, Ernest and Alfred Marzullo. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 A.M. in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, l022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M. Interment private.
