Scott P. Inzero of Hamden, passed away on his 54th birthday Jan. 25, 2015 following a losing battle with lung cancer. He was pre-deceased by his father, Pasquale Inzero. Scott leaves behind his son, James Inzero, his mother, Marie Libero Inzero, his brother, James "Jay" Inzero, special friends, Herb Whitmore, Sandy Barker and Michael Clement and aunts and uncles, Virginia and Raymond Pugliese, Carol and John Cannon, Joan Inzero and many cousins and friends. He also leaves behind his former wife, Jeananne Benevento (his mentor during his illness) and her son, Tyler Benevento of Ashville, NC. Scott was and independent plumbing contractor working on projects in Hawaii, California, Indiana and North Carolina. Scott will be remembered for his compassion toward those in need, his keen sense of humor and with the courage in which he handled life's adversities. Funeral Thursday morning at 10:45 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 11:30. Friends may call Thursday morning from 9 to 10:45. Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamden. Memorial contributions may be made to Conn. Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, Ct.
