Ryan R. Ferraro, 39 of Meriden passed away November 18th at Midstate Hospital after a long illness. Born in New Haven, April 3, 1985, he was the son of Elaine DiMatteo Ferraro & the late Richard Ferraro. Ryan worked as a restoration specialist. He loved animals and music, was an avid car enthusiast, and enjoyed nature by spending time camping. In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister Bethany Ferraro of Maryland, his girlfriend Tomomi Danis, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins. Friends are invited to attend calling hours Saturday from 10am - 1:30pm in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. A memorial service will take place at 1:30 pm in the same location. At the request of the family, burial will be private.
