RoseAnn Cavallaro Formica, 68, of 94 Concord St., New Haven, died July 9, 2013 after a long illness. She was the wife of he late Victor Formica. RoseAnn was born in New Haven, Dec. 10, 1945, the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Consiglio Cavallaro and resided in New Haven most of her life. She was a bank teller for several area banks and enjoyed collecting indian dolls. She is survived by sons Sirio "Sid" (Deborah) Formica of Bridgeport and Victor Formica (Gina Magnotti) of New Haven, a devoted companion, William Criscuolo of New Haven and three grandchildren, ErikaLynn, Victor Jr. and Justin Formica. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 P.M. in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Entombment in the Mausoleum in All Saints Cemetery.
