Rose M. Fasulo Kaczer, 93, of Hamden, died June 20, 2011 at Conn Hospice. She was the widow of Mendel "Bud" Kaczer. Rose was born in Woodbridge, Nov. 17, 1917, the daughter of the late Louis and Concetta Signore Fasulo and resided in Hamden most of her life. She was a bookkeeper at Griest Manufacturing Co. ( Mite ) for over 30 years, retiring in 1965. She was involved in the Hamden Elks Club and the St. Joan of Arc Ladies League. She is survived by a sister, Gloria Kalson and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by siblings Anna Diglio, Mollie Scalzo, Josephine Chevette, Louise Baker, Rita Broxton, Lena D'Amato, Philip, Frank & John Fasulo. Funeral Thursday at 10:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, l022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 11 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call Thursday morning from 8:30 to 10:15.
