Rose Cusano Cesare, 104, formerly of Benton, St., New Haven, died March 5, 2011 at Skyview Home, Wallingford. She was the widow of Arthur S. Cesare. Rose was born in New Haven, June 15, 1906, the daughter of the late Pasquale and Vincenza Chieppo Cusano and resided in New Haven most of her life. She was a secretary at the J. E. Spalding Co for 22 years prior to retiring in 1975. She is survived by sons, Arthur Cesare of LasVegas, NV and Francis Cesare of Marrietta. GA. 4 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by siblings Catherine Forgione, Mary Cusano, Antoinette Field and Louis Cusano. A memorial service will be held at a future date with interment in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
