Rosaria Alba Bergin Holmquist, 61, of Hamden, died At Yale-New Haven Hospital June 24, 2017. She was born in New Haven, to the late Bruna and Edward Bergin and was an amazing woman, loving mother and grandmother and an outstanding ballroom dancer. She leaves behind her loving family, boyfriend, Tony Denicola, daughters, Denise (Jason) Hartman and Victoria Helland, a son Erik Holmquist, a sister Valerie (John) Boyle, and three beautiful grandchildren. Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM.at the Peter H. Torello & son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden.  Prayer service at 7:45. Interment private.
