Rita Rapacciuolo, 94 of Hamden died peacefully at home Feb 3rd. She was the loving wife of the late Louis Rapacciuolo. Born June 5, 1929 in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin & Pauline Kramer Dellacamera. She loved to sew, and enjoyed spending time with her family. Rita was a very kind person, never having a bad word to say about anyone. She is survived by a brother Robert DellaCamera of Branford, many nieces & nephews, and her longest and dearest friends Josephine Eramo, and Lorraine Donahue Robinson. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by brothers Frank & Benjamin DellaCamera. A Mass of Christian burial will be held THURSDAY at 11 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, followed by entombment in All Saints Mausoleum. Calling hours will be Thursday morning from 8:45 - 10:00 am in the Peter H. Torello & Son F.H., 1022 Dixwell ave., Hamden.
