Peter J. Scandone, 57, of 55 Kondracki Lane, Wlfg., formerly of Hamden, died Dec. 29, 2009. He was the fiancee of Gail Voland of East Haven, Peter was born in New Haven, March 9, 1952, the son of the late Salvatore and Mary Marcone Scandone, resided in Hamden all of his life, graduating from Hamden High School in 1970 and the from Waterbury State Technical College with an Associates degree in electrical engineering. He served in the Army National Guard as a 2nd Lt., 102nd Inf. Div., and was the owner of M & S Sound of Hamden. He is survived by sons, Joseph, Christopher and Mark Scandone, all of Hamden sisters, Mrs. John ( Diane ) Quilghini and Sally Scandone and a brother John Scandone, all of Hamden. He was pre-deceased by a sister, Joanne Persico. Friends are invited to a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2010, at 11 o'clock followed by intement in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamden. Memorial contributions may be made to Animal Haven, 89 Mill Rd., North Haven, Ct.
