Pellegrino DeNisi, 80, of Hume Dr., Hamden, died Jan. 20, 2010 at his home. He was the husband of Antoinette Pedoto Denisi. Pell was born in S. Marino, Italy, Dec. 8, 1929, the son of the late Antonio and Anna Iengo DeNisi and came to the US in 1953 residing on North St. for 35 years prior to moving. He was a heavy machine operator for the Regional Water Auth. for 38 years. Beside his wife, he is survived by daughters, Mrs. Gary ( Anna ) Gargano, Mrs. Frederick ( Cristina ) Masciantonio and Mrs. Antonio ( Maria ) Cornacchia, all of Hamden, grandchildren, Lauren & Lisa Masciantonio, Bianca, Amanda & Alexa Cornacchia, brother of Maria Adamo, Yolanda Capriolla, Carmen, Fiore and Luigi DeNisi, all in Italy and the late Chiarina & Pasquale DeNisi. Funeral Saturday at 9:l5 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, l022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Ann's Church at 10 o'clock. Entombment in the Mausoleum in All Saints.
