Pauline Nuzzo Leone, 95, formerly of Ocean View St., New Haven, died July 27, 2012 at the Apple Rehab-Laurel Woods, East Haven after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Peter Leone. Pauline was born in New Haven, July 21, 1917 and resided in New Haven all of her life. She was employed at Echlin Mfg. of Branford for 25 years prior to retiring and was a member of the Atwater Senior Center and the AFL-CIO Retirees Union. Besides her husband, she was pre-deceased by sisters, Sr. Celeste of the Sisters of Sacred Heart and Josephine Cory and a brother, Frank Nuzzo. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday at 10:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Bernadette's Church at 11 o'clock. Interment in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday morning from 9:15 to 10:15 A.M.
