Patricia Dwyer Durso, 74, of North Port, FL., died there July 5, 2010 after a long illness. She was the wife of John (Jackie) R. Durso, Sr. Pat was born in New Haven, March 26, 1936, the daughter of the late William and Edith Dwyer and resided in Hamden and Branford, most of her life and in AZ. and most recently in Fl. She is the beloved mother of Patricia Durso, MaryLou Schmidt, John R. Durso Jr., and Michael Durso, grandmother of Robert Santore, Jason Durso and Thomas Schmidt and great-grandmother of 5, sister in law of Marge Guarino and James Durso and many other family and friends. She was pre-deceased by children, Margarite, William amd Paul Durso. Freinds are invited to a Memorial Mass, Wednesday, July 14,10 A.M, in St. John the Baptist Church, 782 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, Ct. and may make memorial contributions, in her memory, to the church.
