Pasqualina Mary "Pat" Greco Afragola, 95, formerly of 265 Circular Ave., Hamden, died at St. Raphael's Hospital, July 16, 2011, after a brief illness. She was the widow of Alfonse Afragola. Pat was born in New Haven, April 23, 1916, the daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose Bozzuto Greco and was a lifelong Hamden resident. She was a seamstress for Ciardi Dress Co. and several other area dress shops, for many years prior to retiring. She enjoyed her devoted family, cooking and UConn Basketball. She is survived by sons, Richard (Carol) Afragola of Simsbury and Nicholas (Anne) Afragola of Madison, a brother Angelo Greco of Hamden, grandchildren, Jay and his wife Danielle Afragola, Michelle and her husband Josh Moon and Sarah Afragola and three great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by brothers, Rocco and Daniel Greco. Funeral Wednesday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, l022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Blessed Sacrament Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
