Pamela Pesticci Kranich of Hamden passed away on Saturday, September 26th after a long illness at Yale - New Haven Hospital. She was a daughter of the late George and Phyllis Fitch Pesticci. She is survived by her husband William J. Kranich and her sons Scott Barnett and Roger Thomas of West Haven, and Patrick Thomas of Hamden. She also leaves brothers in law James and Kevin Kranich, John Scalzo and Rich Altieri and sister-in-law Cynthia Altieri. She was pre-deceased by in laws William G and Mary Kranich. She leaves many Kranich, Scalzo and Altieri nieces and nephews. Pamela grew up in the Highwood Section of Hamden. Through the years she was a waitress at Venice Restaurant, Cape Codder and Biagetti's. Pam worked at Pond Point Animal Hospital in Milford and for various animal rescue groups. She also previously worked at the Speier CPA firm as a bookkeeper. Pam loved spending her free time in Vermont, Mystic Village and the West Haven beaches. Pam loved to cook, care for her husband, Bill, her three sons, and her "puppies". Her burial will be at the convenience of the family.
