Mary Jane Marciano Landino, 91, of Hamden, died August 19, 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Michael Landino. Mary Jane was born in New Haven, August 8, 1931, a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary DeLucia Marciano. She was a graduate of St. Raphael School of Nursing and worked at St. Raphael's Hospital, and was also the school nurse at Hamden High School, several Hamden Elementary Schools and Quinnipiac University. She was involved in Girl Scouts, a Eucharistic Minister at Blessed Sacrament Church and a member of the Hamden Women's Club. She was a kind and a loving woman to all her family and friends.
She is survived by daughters; Michelle (Dusty) Keating, and Mary Beth (Jeffrey) Cannata both of Hamden, and grandchildren; Ian Cannata, Kevin (Tara) Keating, & Amy (Scott) Berney; great grandchildren Avery, Shane, Tessa and Ellie-Jane; her brother Anthony Marciano of Branford. She was predeceased by a daughter Marcia Landino; her brother Thomas Marciano; and a sister Carmela Marciano.
Friends are invited to go directly to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden, Wednesday at 10 A.M. for a Mass of Christian burial. Interment will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery, Branford. Memorial contributions can be made to Leeway House Inc., 40 Albert St., New Haven, 06511. The Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
