Marshall Litsky, 87, passed away peacefully at home in North Haven on Jan. 14, 2018. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife, of 43 years, Gloria, as well as his sister in law, Beatrice Litsky, brother in law, Bob (Kathy) Sarafino, nephew Alan (Susan) Litsky, nieces Marcia (David) Goldsholl, Simi (Cliff) Kress and numerous great nieces and nephews. He will be remembered lovingly by friends and professional colleagues. Born March 27, 1930 in New Haven, he was predeceased by parents Ethel and Alexander Litsky, step daughter, Cynthia Fiore and brother Leonard Litsky. Marshall attended Hillhouse High School and graduated from Quinnipiac College, with a degree in Accounting. He served in` the US Army and was stationed in Japan, during the Korean Conflict. Marshall was a CPA and had a private practice with clients in CT. and Vt. He was an excellent skier and enjoyed sharing his home in West Dover, VT with family and friends. He was a man of reserved demeanor and a wry sense of humor. His love of gardening and photography were a source of joy to him and to those who witnessed the beauty of his efforts.
