Mark Votto, 56, of John Savage Commons, Wallingford died at Mid-State Hospital after a long illness. Mark was born in New Haven, June 2, 1960, son of the late John and Helen Votto and was raised in Orange. He was a truck driver for many years prior to his illness. He loved his family and extended family, always had a positive out look, and had a great sense of humor. He is survived by a son, Joseph (Stephanie) Votto of Murray, UT, brothers, John ("Jay") Votto of ME and Robert ("Bert") Votto of Hamden his former wife, Melody Munson of Wallingford and nieces and nephews, John, Christopher, Brian, Robert, Michael, Amanda and Nicole. A special thank you to his care givers, Talisha and Sarah. Funeral Monday at 9:30 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home. 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and in St. Ann's Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Mem. Park, Hamden. Friends may call Monday morning from 8 to 9:30 AM.
