Marisel Torres-Vazquez, 51, of New Haven, died June 22, 2020 at Yale New Haven Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, daughter of Hector Torres & Carmen Vazquez. She is survived by sons; Victor Martinez, Alberto & Francisco Nestarez- Torres, all of New Haven, sisters; Rosemary Torres of New Haven, and Mariely Nestarez-Torres of Puerto Rico, one brother, four sisters and six grand children. She was predeceased by a daughter Teresa Nestarez-Torres. Friends are invited to attend calling hours, Wednesday July 1st from 4 - 6 P.M. at the Peter H.Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell ave. Hamden. Burial will be private.
