Margaret Capasso Bertolini, 96, formerly of Alps Rd., Branford, died July 1, 2012 at the Masonic Home. She was the widow of Almeida Bertolini. Margaret was born in New Haven, April 23, 1916, the daughter of the late Dominic and Philomena DeCaprio Capasso and resided in Hamden for most of her life. She was a seamstress for several local dress companies and was a member of The Garment Workers of America Union and an active member of Blessed Sacrament Church. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Zielinski of East Haven a sons, Laurence (Suzanne) Bertolini of St. Mary, GA.& Donald Bertolini of MN.,grandchildren, Daniel Zielinski, Karen Swain, Eric Zielinski, David and Debra Bertolini and great grandchildren, Andrew and Adam Bertolini, Kayley Zielinski, Maya and Alexa Swain. She was pre-deceased by brothers, Louis, Anthony, Alfred and Edward Capasso. Services and interment in All Saints Cemetery have been privately held.
