Linda Adams, 69, of North Haven, passed away after a long illness on July 27, 2014, with her family at her side. Linda as born in New Haven, July 5, 1945, the daughter of the late Peter and Carmel Maggi Adams. A sixty year resident of Hamden, she graduated from Hamden High School in 1963, and worked for Arrow Electronics for 44 years as a product manager. She was an avid sports fan and especially loved to watch baseball, golf, football and UCONN basketball. Known affectionately by her family as Impy, she is survived by her three sisters, Sandy Blake of Hamden, Janice Lippens and Paula DeClement (Raymond), both of North Haven and numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Barnabas Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in Centerville Cemetery.
