Katherine Adamopolos Skartsilas, 101, of Bridgeport, died Nov. 21, 2018 at St. Joseph Manor. She was the widow of Constantine Skartsilas. Katherine was born in Konina, Greece, Feb. 15, 1917, daughter of the late Peter and Vasilike Aafstheow  Adamopolis and came to this country in 1967. She as a seamstress at Levine Coat Co. for many years and enjoyed being with people and walks on the beach at Sea Side Park. She is survived by her children, Vasilios "Bill" (Dolores) Skartsilas of Hamden, Peter Skartsilas and Theoni Rogerson, both of FL, George Skartsilas and Maria Mirailiotes, both of Greece 8, grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a daughter, Christine Kordas and siblings, Eleni, John, Gregory and George. Friends are invited to a Mass at Holy Trinity Cem. 4070 Park Ave. Bridgeport, Monday at 12 noon. Interment in Lake View Cemetery, Bridgeport.
