Joseph Marturiello, 76, of 191 Bear Path Rd., Hamden, died Nov. 27, 2015 at St. Raphael Hospital. Joe was  born in New Haven, May 17, 1939,son of the late Joseph and Raffaela Donato Marturiello and worked in the engineering dept, of Yale New Haven Hospital for many years. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and the NY Giants. He loved to listen to music, especially doo-wop and was a part of a singing group called the Barries, back in the 60's. He is survived by a sister, Marie Martino of Hamden, nephews, Anthony(Mary)Martino of Hamden, Alfred(Robin)Martino of FL, and Robert Martino of Hamden and many cousins and also his very best friends, Guy and Linda Villano of Derby. A prayer service will be held Friday at 6 PM in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Friends may call Friday evening from 5 to 7 P.M.
