Joseph M. Marcks, 97, of 181 Hadley Rd. Orange, died April 5, 2012 at Emeritaus of Woodbridge after a long ilness. He as the husband of the late Judith Caron Marcks. Joe was born in Hamden, Aug. 17, 1914, the son of the late Joseph and Julia Antonio Marchitto and retired from the US Army as a Master Sargeant after serving over thirty years. He spent 30 years residing in Lake Havasu, AZ and in this area the last 6 months. He was an avid baseball, football, golfing, NY Giant and Yankee fan really enjoyed his family. He is survived by a son, William ( Kathleen) Marcks of Orange and a grandson Robert Marcks of Milford. Interment and services will be held at the convience of the family.
