Gloria M. Addario Russell, 97, of Hamden, died Feb. 16, 2015 at Arden House, Hamden, She was the widow of Arthur J. Russell. Gloria was born in Waterbury, July 7, 1917,ther daughter of the late Camillo and Elisa Adonna Addario and resided in Hamden most of her life, worked in the Hamden School System, in the cafeteria, for 24 years and retired as manager, in 1984. She was a member of the Hamden Civic Association.The family would like to thank the entire staff of Arden House and Hospice for their care and support. She is survived by her devoted children, Elisa Pedersen of Cheshire and James A. Russell of Boston, a sister, Mary Pasqualoni of Cheshire and 3 grand children, Craig, Scott and Erik Pedersen. She was pre-deceased by her siblings, Evangeline Tacinelli, Lucian, Samuel, Erminio and Frank Addario. Friends are invited to go directly to Blessed Sacrament Church on Thursday for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 o'clock, followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery. There are no viewing hours.
