George Perrotti, 82 of Hamden died September 15th at the West Haven V.A. Hospital after a brief illness. Born in New Haven, son of the late Anthony & Ida Riccio Perrotti, George was an Army veteran, and a self-employed truck driver. He was a car enthusiast, attending many local car shows. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, and trips to Saratoga to watch the horse races. He is survived by a daughter Danean Doheny of East Haven, a brother Donald "Skippy" Perrotti of Hamden, a sister Carolyn (John) Perrotti Iaci of Florida, a nephew Michael Perrotti, nieces Toni Fracasso, Tiffany Perrotti, and 5 grand children. He was predeceased by a daughter Deidre Koziel. Friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass at 10am Tuesday September 24th in St. Rita's Church, Hamden. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
