George W. Esposito, Jr., 62, of Hamden, died Aug. 21, 2013 ay St. Raphael Campus after a long courageous battle with juvenile diabetes. He was the husband of Patricia Parcella Esposito. George was born in Windsor Locks, Ct. Jan. 26, 1951, the son of the late George and Lois Von Winkle Esposito and graduated Hamden High School in 1969. He was a glazer by trade and opened and operated General Glass Services of Hamden for 37 years. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, bowling and traveling, especially to Block Island. Beside his wife he is survived by daughters, Alicia Esposito, Jennifer Little (Gregory) and Julieann Belcher (Timothy), all of Hamden, sisters, Susan (Ed) Grant and Joann (Robert) Harlow both of Hamden grandchildren, Dylan Algarin, Amanda and Emily Istas, Olivia Little, Tanner, Mack and Chloe Belcher, his mother and father in law, Edward and Dolores Parcella of Hamden, a sister in law Pamela Holden (Skip) of Colechester, special cousin, Leslie Bernardini of Branford and several nieces and nephews. Friends are asked to go directly to St. Rita's church, Hamden, MONDAY 10 A.M. for a mass of Christian burial. Interment in Centerville Cemetery, Friends may call Sunday from 3 to 5 P.M.
