Gemma Saviano Adams, 97 of Hamden died March 16th at The Masonic Home. Born in Brooklyn,N.Y. , daughter of the late Frank & Emily Saviano she worked as a seamstress for several local businesses. She was the widow of Charles D. Adams. Gemma is survived by a son Daniel Adams of Hamden, daughters Lorraine DellaValle of Cheshire, and Marilyn(Gene) Eureka of Meriden, a brother Charles Saviano of Long Island, and sisters Eleanor Putigano of Newtown,and Millie Kracke of Penn.. Grandchildren Michelle and Quinn Eureka, Curt DellaValle, Angela DellaCamera, and Pamela Fusco, & 5 Great Grand Children. She was predeceased by brothers Frank & Anthony Saviano, sisters Rose Ucci and Edith Zammit. There are no calling hours, instead friends are asked to go directly to St. John the Baptist Church, New Haven, at 10 A.M. TUESDAY, for a mass of christian burial.
