Frank V. Richo, 84 of Bethany passed on May 19th at Yale N.H.H. Survived by his wife of 53 years Jeana (Julius), sons Frank (Jessica), Bill (Molly), a Brother Ron (Joan), and a very large loving extended family. He was predeceased by his son Dan, parents Louis & Ruth, and brothers Ben, Phil, and Louis.  Frank grew up in Westville at the base of West Rock and always had a story about the friends and adventures of childhood. Frank and Jeana raised their family in Bethany enjoying gardening, Boy Scouts, sports, and all the school activities. They had great family camping vacations throughout the US & Canada. Meeting people was his favorite pastime. He was always helping someone. Frank was an active member at Our lady of the assumption Parish in Woodbridge. Frank will always be remembered for his smiling face and corny jokes. Calling hours will be held FRIDAY from 5 - 7 pm in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Friends are asked to go directly to Our Lady of the Assumption Church Saturday at 11 am for a Mass of Christian burial. Interment will be private.
