Francis Stoviski, 99, of 1020 Notch Rd., Cheshire, died at Conn Hospice, Nov. 3, 2014 after a brief illness. Francis was born in New Haven, March 1, 1915 the daughter of the late John and Genevive Braver and had resided in Long Island until recently moving to Cheshire. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her siblings, Mary Stoviski, Stella Tracanna, Helen Braver and John Braver. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 noon in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Friends may call Thursday morning from 10 to 12. Private interment in St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, N.Y.
