Eileen Trunik Borrelli, 67, of North Haven, died April 1, 2014 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Lewis S. Borrelli. Eileen was born in New Haven, Sept. 1, 1946, daughter of Frederick and Catherine McGowan Trunik and resided in North Haven most of her life. She was a bookkeeper for several area firms. She was a justice of the peace for 25 years and enjoyed taking care of her family. Besides her husband, she is survived by sons,Lewis (Dolores) Borrelli Jr., of Hamden, Thomas (Roseanne) Borrelli and Joseph (Joan) Borrelli, both of North Haven, brothers, Fred Trunik of VA., John (Claudia) Trunik and Ray Trunik, both of Guilford and Thomas Trunik of Meriden, grandchildren, Laura, Stephen, Savannah, Kyle, Mark and Luis and a great-grandson, Pablo and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a sister, Barbara Iamele. Friends are invited to go directly to St. Therese Church Saturday at 9:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial followed by interment in All Saints Cemetery.
