David Pacelli, 56, of 92 Dogwood Lane, Meriden, form. of Hamden, died Jan. 16, 2010 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. David was born in New Haven, June 12, 1953, the son of Nicholas Pacelli of Vero Beach ,FL. and the late Adeline Votto Pacelli and resided in Hamden Most of his life,graduating from Hamden High in 1973. He was a member of the West Haven Italian American Club and a mascot for it's horseshoe league. The family would like to thank Dr. Patricia Lee and the staff of 3W acute cardiac unit. Besides his father, David is survived by a brother Ronald(Rose) Pacelli of Las Vegas, cousins; Michelina Wojcik of Wallingford,Janice Guido, Michael, Mark, John, Paul and Robert Votto, and was predeceased by his Grandparents, John & Pasqualina Votto and Michelina & Tobio Pacelii. Funeral Friday at 10:l5 from the Peter H. Torello & Son, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. and at Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 o'clock. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 8 P.M. Any contributions to the family will be used to benefit the members living in David's group home.
