Concetta "Connie" Eadvito Sargolini, 75, of 75 Washington Ave., Hamden, formerly of Jennifer Rd, died July 21, 2013 at Conn Hospice after a lenghtly illness, surrounded by her loving family and close friends. She was the devoted wife of the late William M. Sargolini Sr. Connie was born in New Haven, May 29, 1938, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Catherine Pascarella Eadvito and was the co-owner of Sargolini Formal Wear for over 50 years. Connie enjoyed her home and her family. She is survived by children, Mrs. John (Cheryl) Abella of Bethany, and Joseph (Diane) Sargolini of East Haven, sister of Angela (Deacon Richard ) Santello of Hamden, Marion (Joseph) Falcigno of North Haven, Rosemary (Howard) Poland of CA, and Lawrence (Mary) Martin of IN., grandchildren, Bianca & Kayla Abella, Michael & Rachel Sargolini and Brittany Longyear. She is also survived by Donna Sargolini, a longtime and devoted Cavalier Family, a dear friend, Rose Perrotti, several nieces, nephews and aunts. She was pre-deceased by her loving son, William (BillyBoy) Sargolini Jr., a brother Joseph Perrone and a niece Patricia (Patti) Santello. Funeral Thursday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
