It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the Sites Family announce the passing of their son and brother, Charles “Rich” Sites, 54 of New Haven, CT. After a prolonged and courageous battle against cancer he passed surrounded by his mother and sister peacefully at the Connecticut Hospice on March 19, 2026. Born in New Haven November 22, 1971, He was the devoted son of Donna Sites and the late Charles R. Sites of North Haven, and cherished brother and best friend to Christina Sites of North Haven, CT. He was Predeceased by his loving Grandparents Leonard and Dorothy Smith. Rich took every challenge head on, and the same can be said in his final days; he persisted and fought until the very end. Known for his great sense of humor, warmth generosity and unwavering love for those around him, he left a mark on those fortunate to have known him. Always being the first to lend a hand, along with his love of his teams the New England Patriots and the Alabama Crimson Tide. He lived a life defined by hard work, and integrity and selflessness.
