Cecile F. Bove Scarinci, 88, of Hamden, died suddenly at Yale New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael Campus, on April 2, 2014. She was the widow of Dominic Scarinci. Ceil was born in New Haven, Nov. 26, 1925, the daughter of Andrew and Florence Church Bove and was a lifelong resident of Hamden. She owned several Dunkin Donuts in Hamden which she operated for 45 years, until her retirement. She is survived by a son Philip (Laura) Scarinci of Hamden, daughters, Mrs. Ambrose (Donna) Vallone of East Setauket, NY., and Mrs. William (Joanne) Reynolds of East Haven, siblings, Florence Donish and Charles Bove, both of New Haven, grandchildren, Lisa Hulteen, James Covino, Philip Scarinci Jr., Nicholas Covino, Megan Reynolds, Melissa Vallone, Kelsey Reynolds, Erin Reynolds, Kimberly Vallone, Kori Reynolds, Kristin Vallone and William Reynolds Jr. and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral Monday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Ann's Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
