Carol Ann Saller, 74, of 21 Beaver St., Hamden, died in Yale New Haven Hospital, Sept. 10, 2014. Carol was born in New Haven, Dec. 19, 1939, the daughter of the late Otto and Elizabeth Gazy Saller and had resided in Hamden all of her life. She was a longtime communicant of St. John the Baptist Church and was a Eucharistic Minister there. She was an accountant for Schiavone Metal Management for 30 years, retiring 14 years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Chad (Deanna) Loveland of Cheshire, sisters, Cynthia Schroeder of Alton, IL and Corrine Wilson of Madison, Ct. and a grandson, Owen Loveland of Cheshire. Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 11 A.M. in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden. Interment in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, Derby. Friends may call Tuesday morning from 9 to 11 A.M. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at St. John The Baptist Church, New Haven, Saturday, October 11th at 10:45 A.M.
