Carmen Ferraro, 99, of 80 Lee St., West Haven, died Dec. 24, 2011 at the Arden House. He was the widower of Catherine Melillo Ferraro. Carmen was born in New Haven, Dec. 11, 1912, the son of the late Alexander and Philomena Bianca Ferraro and was employed at Sargents Inc and Shellhorn for over 40 years. He enjoyed playing boce and was an avid NY Yankee fan.He is survied by daughters, Mary Pascale of West Haven and Mrs. Ronald (Jacqualine) Rukan of Wlfg., a son Alexander (Carmel) Ferraro of Hamden, a sister, Catherine Ceravone and a brother, Alexander Ferraro, both of Hamden, Brother of Catherine Ceravone, Alexander Ferraro and the late Bella Romano, Angie Esposito, Mary Mangini, Rose Errico Alphonse, Ferdinand, Arthur, Joseph, and Marshall Ferraro, grandfather of Gary Ferraro, Christy Gorry, Joseph Pascale, Christopher Rukan and Anita D'Urso. Father in law of the late Joseph Pascale Sr. Funeral Friday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Toello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Paul's Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M.
