NORTH PORT, FL - Beverly Pitka Piscatelli, 93, of North Port, formerly of Hamden, CT, died March 24, 2023, peacefully in her sleep at the home of her daughter in North Port. She was the widow of Joseph Piscatelli. She had been a long-time winter resident of North Port, spending the rest of the year at her home in Hamden, prior to permanently moving to North Port five years ago. Beverly was born in New Haven, July 4, 1929, a daughter of the late Walter and Angelina (Valenti) Feeley.  She had worked as a telephone operator for SNET for many years before becoming an engineering clerk with AT&T from where she retired. Survivors include her daughter, Marlene F. Hannan of North Port and Hamden, CT; her son, Stephen Pitka and his wife Margaret, of East Haven, CT; five grandchildren; Kimberly Downey of Redding, CT; Paul Furtak of Hamden, CT; Elizabeth Pitka of Salem, MA; Amanda Forrest of Colchester, CT; and Robert Hannan Jr. of New Haven, CT.; and six great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Frank Pitka; her sister, Audrey Waszkiel; two brothers, Walter and Donald Feeley; and her son-in-law, Robert Hannan Sr.. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden from 9-10 AM .  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday May 9, at 10:30 A.M. in St. Stanislaus Church, 9 Eld St. New Haven, CT.  Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven, CT .
