An avid lover of music and dance she'd been known to kick-up her heels when Patsy Cline, At the Hop or Elvis were playing especially at her favorite dining location The Hamden Town House Restaurant, who will greatly miss her presence. With her love for gardening and design along with a thirst for knowledge she became a horticulturist. But above all the most beautiful and treasured moments in her life were with her beloved Johnie. Achieving 100% sea worthiness with the Coast Guard Boat Safety Certification she and Poppie were often noted to be navigating the seas out of Indian Neck Yacht Club which they were both long time members of. For over 30 years she was a source of strength and guidance to many seeking a new way of life. An animal lover her special treats will be missed by her Grandpup, "Ar'J" Snagglepuss and her Grandcat Patches McGee. From all of us who loved and had the privilege to know you and love.
