Armando Fusco, 83, of Second St., Hamden, died March 17, 2016 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He was the husband of the late Emma Forgione Fusco. Armando as born in Caserta, Italy, Aug. 7, 1932, the son of the late Francesco and Carmela Fusco and has resided in Hamden ever since coming from Italy in 1972. He was employed at US Surgical and Marlin Firearms prior to retiring. He enjoyed fishing, playing bocce and watching soccer games. He is survived by his children, Carmela Fusco and Ralph Fusco, both of Hamden, Frank (Cathy) Fusco of North Haven and Joseph (KellyAnn) Fusco of Cheshire, sisters, Giulia and Anna Fusco, both in Italy and grandchildren, Madeleine and Michael Fusco. He was pre-deceased by siblings, Concetta and Giovanni Fusco. Funeral Tuesday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at 10 o'clock in Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment private in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4 to 7 P.M.
