Obituary
Anthony L. Migliozzi, 96, of Hamden, died at the Hospital of St. Raphael Campus, March 6, 2018. He was the husband of the late Angelina Scirocco Migliozzi. Tony was born in Pontelatone, Italy, July 14, 1921, the son of the late Ralph and Maria Parillo Migliozzi and resided in Hamden most of his life. He was a barber, working at the Hamden Barber Shop for over 30, prior to retirement. A quiet man he enjoyed his garden, his grape arbor and most of all, time with his family. He is survived by his children, Anthony R. Migliozzi, of Saratoga Springs, NY and Maria Migliozzi, of Hamden, grandchildren, Christopher, Meredith, Denise, Vincent and Georgianna, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a son, George Migliozzi,, brothers, Michael and Joseph Migliozzi and 3 sisters in Italy. Funeral Saturday, at 9 AM from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St.. Rita's Church at 9:30. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call Friday from 5 to 7 PM.
