Anthony G. Carolla, 93. of 40 Dix St. Hamden, died Dec. 22, 2011 at St. Raphael's Hospital. He was the widower of Patricia Cairella Carolla. Tony was born in Hamden, Feb. 24, 1918, the son of the late Rocco & Mary Nista Carolla and was a mechanic for the Brockhall Dairy for 25 years. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid golfer and an Army Veteran of WWII. He is survived by a daugher, Mrs. Jeffrey (Nancy) Price and a son, Anthony R. Carolla, a sister, Angie Santi and a brother Nicholas Carolla, all of Hamden and 2 grandchildren. Funeral Thursday at 10:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home,1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Blessed Sacrament Church at 11 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Mem. Park. Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 P.M.
