Anna Maselli Colaiacovo, 97, formerly of Woodin St., Hamden, died March 25, 2012 at the Hamden Health Care. She was the widow of John Colaiacovo. Anna was born in Hamden, July 20, 1914, the daughter of the late John and Annunziata Maselli and resided in Hamden all of her life. She worked in several area manufacturing shops as well as in the Arden House kitchen. She was a longtime communicant of St. Ann's Church and belonged to its Young at Heart Club and St. Rita Rosary Society. Also the Busy Hamden Bees. She is survived by sons, Michael (Jean) Colaiacovo of Hamden, Robert (Theresa) Colaiacovo of GA. and Anthony (Barbara) Colaiacovo of North Haven, grandchildren, John, Anthony, Dean, David, Michael and Edward Colaiacovo and Debbie DiLeone and Lori Della Camera and 9 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by siblings, Rose Penna, Margaret Marone and Angelo Maselli and a grandson, Robert Colaiacovo Jr. Funeral Thursday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at St. Ann's Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
