Ann Marie Ciccone DaRos, 71, of Chapel St., New Haven, died Dec 24, 2016 at CT Hospice, Branford, after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Louis J. DaRos Jr.. Ann Marie was born in Hartford, CT. April 22, 1945, the daughter of the late Albert and Alessandrina Ciaburri Ciccone was raised in Hamden and resided in New Haven the last 40 years. She started her career as a hairdresser. She loved working with children so she be came a secretary in several local schools and for the last 10 years, for St. Rose and St. Francis Schools. She was a devoted wife, mother and nana and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children, Louis A.(Colleen)DaRos of Jamaica Plains, MA and Elia DaRos of New Haven, a grand daughter, Abigail, sister in law, Theresa A. DaRos of Hamden and was  the aunt of Vincent Massaro and Regina Wayne. She was pre-deceased by her brother, John Ciccone. Friends are invited to go directly of St. Ann's Church, Wednesday, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 o'clock.
