Angel Luis Rivera, 71, of Ansonia died November 24th, at Yale - New Haven Hospital, after a brief illness. Born in Vega Baja, P.R., son of the late Patricio & Angelina Sanchez Rivera, he was the husband of Ada Rivera and loving partner to Adelia Rodriguez. He worked for many years as a driver for the Winkle Bus Co. He is survived by a son Angel Luis (Aurea) Rivera of California, a daughter Ada (Omar) Rivera-Luciano of Seymour, brothers; Patricio, Jose M., Salvador, Pablo E., and Pedro M. Rivera. Sisters; Maria L. Basilia, Blanca I., Mercedes, Angelina, Nuraida, Maria D. and Marta Rivera. Grandchildren ; Yarimar & Yareliz Soto, and Melanie & Diego Rivera. Funeral services (in Spanish) will be held Tuesday Nov. 27th at 10:00 A.M. in the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave. Hamden. Burial will follow in Evergreen cemetery.
