Amedeo Palmieri, 77, of 50 Dante PL., Hamden, died Feb. 16, 2010 at the Arden House. He was the husband of Pasqualina Antonucci Palmieri. Amedeo was born in Faicchio, Italy Aug. 15, 1932 and came to the U.S. in 1972, residing in Hamden and was employed at the Platt & LaBonia Co. for 25 years, prior to retiring. A special thank you to Hospice Care and the staff at the Arden House for his wonderful care. Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter Mrs. James ( Anna ) Mastroianni of Wallingford, grandchildren Cassandra and Michael Mastroianni brothers and sisters, Lugrezia, Giovanni, Marcello and Vittorio Palmieri, all in Italy. He was pre-deceased by a sister Carmela and brothers, Carlo and Michele Palmieri. Funeral Saturday at 9:15 from the Peter H. Torello & Son Funeral Home, 1022 Dixwell Ave., Hamden and at Blessed Sacrament Church at 10 o'clock. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 4 to 8 P.M
