Alex A. De Pino, 89 of New Haven, died September 22nd at Y.N.H.H after a brief illness. Born in New Haven August 28, 1936 son of the late Alphonse & Caroline Amendola De Pino, Alex worked for many years as a self-employed carpenter. He was the ultimate go-to person when something needed to be repaired or someone needed a helping hand. His ability to understand and connect with people was one of his greatest gifts. He was a jovial man with a generous spirit and a genuine interest in others, he was a treasure who will be missed dearly. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters Rose De Pino, and Ann Jaqua. Friends are invited to attend a graveside service Monday September 29th at 10:00 am in St. Lawrence Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
